BECK drives are uniquely designed incorporating a no burnout motor. Combined with high efficiency spur gears, the BECK drive is able to provide continuous modulation, without degradation of performance. There are no duty limitations.
The control element is provided by robust factory calibrated smart digital control electronics(DCM), housed conveniently on one circuit board which is housed integral to the drive. Positioning is by a Contactless Position Sensor (CPS), which is coupled directly to the gear train. The CPS, provides infinite resolution, and being contactless, will not wear, or drift over time.
The modular design of the drives allows for easy drop-in installations, and in many cases we have retrofit mounting plates to allow easy and quick upgrades of your existing actuators.
In operation, BECK drives are lubricated for life, and can be considered to be virtually maintenance free in most applications.
As such, all BECK drives are sold complete with a THREE year warranty.
